The traits that you label as laziness, thoughtlessness, lack of care, and distance are simply her style of manifesting the confusion of samsara – that you are now noticing. During courtship you did not notice the things about your partner that conflicted with your usual patterns because your focus was on enjoying the display of your partner. Through wishing to continue to enjoy that display you enabled your partner to be more and more sparkly and beautiful.
