It is excellent to notice mistakes, but dwelling on them creates a depressive atmosphere lacking energy. It prevents joy and appreciation. It prevents inspiration. Dwelling on the mistake does not change the situation, and only traps the mind in the past, rather than paying attention to the present. Regret it, and move on.
