Natural Heroism—and the martial arts associated with this principle—enable us to discover ourselves as heroes and heroines. We can discover strength and fearlessness, whilst also embracing gallantry, gentleness and honour.
Ngakma Sang-gyé will demonstrate the physical practices associated with Natural Heroism. She is a practitioner of Tactile Responsiveness Therapy—Tibetan Massage—and has over 20 years experience massaging people from all walks of life and levels of fitness and health.
At this series of Saturday morning sessions you can sample a range of Vajrayana teachings and activities. These Saturday sampler sessions start at the beginning of May 2014 and run through till July. Each one runs from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Supervised children welcome and most of the sessions are suitable for them to enjoy joining in. Do come along and find out about a variety of subjects.
