This slogan expresses an heroic stance. It is the view of never taking a vacation from being responsible and working to benefit others. It is the view that whatever delusions and afflicted emotions arise they will be joined with practice. The opportunity to be present and kind is embraced in every circumstance. Meditation is not used in this slogan in the sense of a formal meditation session, sitting on a cushion. It is the application of meditation as presence of awareness in the moment. It is remembering Mind Training in every moment. It is paying attention to what is actually going on and embracing that as the path of practice.
