Meetings continue as usual throughout May, June, and July. Everyone is welcome and we hope to see you.

After the last Tuesday meditation group meeting in July - July 31st - Aro Ling Cardiff will have its summer break. There will be no weekly meditation group or Saturday events in the month of August. This gives us a chance to do a bit of maintenance on the meditation room.

The charity of the Aro gTér Lineage in the UK is called ‘Sang-ngak-chö-dzong’ (UK charity number 1019886). This was the name given by Kyabjé Düd’jom Rinpoche. Currently we are fund-raising to establish a residential retreat centre in Wales, which will be called ‘Drala Jong’.
